Privacy policy.
What YDR LLC, doing business as BLDWELL, collects when you visit bldwell.com, book a call, or hear from us by email or text, and what we do with it. In short: we use your information to talk with you about your business and our work. We don't sell it, and we never give your mobile number or texting consent to anyone for their marketing.

What we collect
What you give us. When you book a strategy call or fill in one of our forms: your name, email, phone number, company and website, and your answers about your business (industry, team size, income range, the tools you use, your biggest bottleneck and your timeline), plus the call time you pick and your time zone. If you become a client, we also keep what we need to work together, such as contracts, invoices and project messages.
What we learn on calls. We take notes on our calls. We only record or transcribe a call when everyone on it agrees, and we say so at the start.
What we collect automatically. When you visit, we count page views: the page, the site that sent you here, campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), your country and your type of device. To tell visits apart we use a code made from your connection and browser that changes every day. We never store your IP address with your visits. Our hosting providers keep standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for a short time to keep the site secure.
What others tell us. If someone refers you to us, or we meet at an event, we note your contact details and how we met.
Card payments go straight to our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To schedule and hold your call, and send confirmations and reminders.
- To follow up, prepare proposals and deliver the work you hire us for.
- To send the emails and texts you agreed to (see below).
- To learn which pages and campaigns bring people to the site.
- To keep the site and our systems secure, and to stop spam and abuse.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting duties.
Some of our tools use AI services to help us draft call notes, summaries and proposals. Information goes to those services only so they can do that work for us.
Text messages
We only text you if you ticked a box agreeing to texts, and only at the number you gave us. There are two kinds, each with its own box:
- Call and project texts: booking confirmations, call reminders, follow-ups about your inquiry, and updates on proposals, signing and payments.
- Marketing texts: news about our services, offers, new case studies and event invitations, sent only if you ticked the marketing box.
Agreeing to texts is never required to book a call or to buy from us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop, or HELP for help. The full texting terms are in our Terms and conditions.
When you agree, we keep a record of it: the wording you agreed to, when you agreed, and the IP address you used.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Emails
We email you about calls you book and work we do together. We may also send occasional news about our services. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing doesn't stop emails about a call you booked or work in progress.
Who handles your information
We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't give it to anyone for their own marketing. A small number of service providers store or process it for us, only to provide their service to us:
- website hosting and delivery (Vercel and Cloudflare);
- our database (Supabase);
- our CRM, booking calendar, and email and text delivery (HighLevel, also known as LeadConnector);
- business email (Google Workspace and Resend);
- calendars and video calls (Google);
- AI services that help us draft notes and proposals (OpenRouter and the model providers it connects to);
- card payments (Stripe).
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect someone's safety or our legal rights, or as part of a sale or merger of our business, in which case this policy keeps applying to it.
Cookies and tracking
We don't use advertising cookies or track you across other sites, and we don't sell or share your information for targeted advertising.
Visitors to bldwell.com get no cookies from us. Your browser remembers where you first came from (the site that sent you and any campaign tags) in its own storage for 30 days, so that if you book, we know which campaign led you here. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.
If a page includes a booking calendar or video from another provider, that provider may use its own cookies to make it work. Members of our team who sign in to our admin get the cookies that signing in needs.
How long we keep it
We keep a prospect's information while we're in touch about working together, and a client's for as long as our agreement and tax and accounting rules require. Page-view counts don't identify you. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
How we protect it
We use encrypted connections, keep data with providers that encrypt it at rest, and limit access to the team members who need it, who sign in with their company Google accounts. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise information will never be exposed, but we work hard to protect it and will tell you if a breach affects you, as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
- Texts: reply STOP to any text from us. Reply HELP for help.
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Access, correction and deletion: email hello@bldwell.com to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it. We may need to confirm it's you, and we keep what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
Depending on where you live, local law may give you more rights. We'll honor them, and we won't treat you differently for using them.
Where your information is kept
We're a United States business, and our providers keep information in the United States. Members of our team may work with it from other countries. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information is processed there.
Children
Our site and services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think we have, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll say so on the site or tell you directly before it takes effect.
